She took the time to listen to what my spouse and I truly asked for and made it happen. She made sure a heritage tree next to our property was properly trimmed and not harmed in the process -- other agents would not have been as responsible. She made sure any developers she presented to us had plans to respect the neighbors. Shelley has a deep knowledge of DC and MD real estate. She's friendly and responsive to her clients and will not put up with any nonsense from other parties. She relentlessly advocates for her clients and is responsive to them. Shelley is a great leader of her team, but she has never dropped that personal touch when connecting with her clients.

Laura was so great helping my husband and I buy our first home. We were all over the place as far as location, and she had no problem bouncing around everywhere with us. At every house and every meeting she was constantly looking out for us and pointing out concerns or benefits of the home we didn't notice. This housing market is insane but, she was so positive and guided us through so we could really enjoy the process. Since we were first time home buyers, there was a lot we didn't know and Laura made sure we had all the tools we needed and that we didn't overlook necessary steps.
